ETHEL ANGELINA McKEE

It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Ethel Angelina McKee at her home on Monday, June 22, 2015.
Ethel was born Jan. 24, 1938 in Fort Frances, Ont. to the late Harold and Jennie Scott.
She had lived most of her life in Fort Frances, and had worked at the Fort Frances Jail and MacDonald Motors.
She was a member of the Italian Club and a volunteer with the La Verendrye General Hospital Auxiliary.
Left to cherish Ethel’s memory are her son, Jamie (Liz) of Sioux Lookout, Ont., and grandchildren, April McKee, James and Jacob McKee, Hannah McKee, and Cody and Tanner Bell.
Also surviving are her aunt, Nat Miller; uncle, Billy Iazzani; sister-in-law, Betty Wyer; nephews, Brian and Tom Wyer; as well as other nieces and nephews..
Ethel was predeceased by her husband, Robert McKee; father, Harold Scott; mother, Jennie Dixon, and her step-father, Bob Dixon; sons, Wally and Robbie; brother, Ray Scott; and granddaughter, Billie Jean McKee.
A celebration of Ethel’s life will be held Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Green Funeral Home in Fort Frances, with Fr. Victor DeGagne officiating.
