DALLIS JASON BLUEBIRD

It is with great sadness the family of Dallis Bluebird announces his passing on Saturday, June 20, 2015 in International Falls, Mn.
Dallis was born Aug. 29, 1974 in Rainy River, Ont. to Perry Archie and Janet Bluebird.
He grew up in International Falls, attending school there. He later worked at NorFab and as a commercial fisherman.
He was an artist and had a true woodworking talent, and also was on the Joseph Big George Drum Group. He was proud of his nieces and nephews.
Dallis was outgoing, kind, and generous. He always called his family, and went out of his way to call and keep in touch with family and friends. He always had a smile on his face.
He leaves behind his mother, Janet; daughter, Jaysa Morrison; brothers, Daniel (Susan) and Royce and his wife; sisters, Georgina and Samantha; uncle, James Archie Jr.; special friend, Gayle; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Dallis was predeceased by his father, Perry Archie; and grandparents, Victoria and George Bluebird and Jim and Margaret Archie.
A wake will be held Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 3 p.m. at the Big Grassy First Nation Community Centre.
A personal family service will be held Friday, June 26, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the Big Grassy First Nation Community Centre, with Elder George Potson officiating.
Interment will take place in the Big Grassy First Nation Cemetery.
The pallbearers will be James Comegan Jr., Marshall Morrison, Derek Archie, Paul Morrisseau, Darryl Archie, and Jaime Archie.
The honourary pallbearers will be John Paypompay and Glen Chappelle.
If friends so desire, in memoriam donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation.
