GRACE ‘CORAL’ DICKSON

Grace “Coral” Dickson, 93, formerly of International Falls, Mn., passed away Thursday, Dec. 25, 2014 at her home in Jordan, Mn.
Coral was born Dec. 18, 1921 to Albert and Lola (Cox) Wade at their home in Elgin, Ill.
Coral grew up and graduated high school in Elgin. She married Russell Dickson on March 7, 1940 and together they moved to International Falls in 1949.
Coral was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and crocheting, and also was active in her church and service to others.
She was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Lola; husband, Russell; brothers, Albert Vernon Wade and W. Robert Wade; sons, Russell W. Dickson and Michael E. Dickson; daughter-in-law, Juanita Dickson; and granddaughter, Tennille Dickson.
Coral is survived by her sons, William Albert Dickson of International Falls, Mn., Thomas Charles Dickson (Lisa) of Salo, Mn., and Steven Allan Dickson of North Dakota; and daughters, Sheila Lea Tate (Garnet) of International Falls, Mn., Patricia Francis Mitton (Stephen) of Jordan, Mn., Beverly Mary Maki (Sulo) of Fort Frances, Ont., and Susan Coral Nolan (Philip) of International Falls, Mn.
Also surviving are 29 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 2, 2015 at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in International Falls.
Visitation will be held one hour prior.
Interment will be in the American Legion section of Foresthill Cemetery in International Falls.
