Jacob was born and passed away on Monday, Nov. 16, 2009 with his twin brother, Mom, and Dad by his side.
He is survived by his mother, Josa Porter; father, Paul Anderson; and his brother, Wyatt James.
He also is survived by his grandparents, Mieke DeJong, Ken Porter, and Ross and Ann-Jane Anderson; and uncles, Joel and family, and Karl.
Jacob was predeceased by his aunt, Sarah Anderson.
There will be a family graveside service at a later date.
