RENÉE JEANNE O’BRIEN-BOSWELL

It is with great sadness for her family and friends to announce the passing of Renée Jeanne O’Brien-Boswell.
Renée was a bright light and a ray of sunshine to everyone she met.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Christopher (Carrie-Lynn); parents, Marty and Cheryl O’Brien of Kelowna, B.C.; siblings, Carole of Winnipeg, Man., Mark (Lori-Anne) of Washington, Lisa (Raymond) of Fort Frances, Ont., and Shea of California; grandchildren, Tristen, Chole, and Annabelle; and nephews and nieces, Matthew, Amy, Cara, and Ray-Ray.
She was predeceased by her mother, Gabrielle; and her husband, Todd.
Renée was born in Chandler, Que. in 1963. She spent her childhood in Baie Comeau, Que. and moved to spend her teenage years in Fort Frances, Ont., where she graduated from Fort Frances High School.
Renée continued her education at Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ont.
Thunder Bay is where she made her home and spent the rest of her life.
Renée loved her job at Tiffany’s, located at the Grey Goose Bus Lines, where her infectious smile and positive attitude was a breath of fresh air to her fellow employees and all who passed through.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009 at noon at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations may be made to your favourite animal shelter or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
