ELSIE PEARL KRUZ

Mrs. Elsie Kruz, of Fort Frances, Ont., returned to the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in her 72nd year.
Faithful and loving wife of Kurt Kruz; loving mother of Lydia Ritchie and her husband, Anthony, of Ottawa, Ont., Heidi Kruz and her partner, Mark Paluch of North Vancouver, B.C., and Mike Kruz and wife, Lisa, of Kenora, Ont.; and cherished Gramma of Erin, Amber, Matthew, Riley, and Tristan.
She also was the loving sister of Kathleen and George Van Dyk and Annette Barber, and David Atkinson.
Elsie was predeceased by her husband, Kurt; and her parents, Leslie and Hazel Atkinson.
Elsie worked for many years at La Verendrye Hospital in Fort Frances and volunteered at the Bethel Baptist Church.
She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and church family.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 20, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, with visitation from 2:30-3 p.m.
The honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Ritchie, George Van Dyk, Matthew Ritchie, Riley Kruz, and Mark Paluch.
Those wishing may donate to the Bethel Baptist Church in Fort Frances or the Canadian Bible Society.
