Cal Muckle, 84, of Oshawa, Ont., passed away peacefully at 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, 2008 at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, Ont.
Born in Rainy River, Ont. and raised in Fort Frances, Ont., Cal was involved in highway transportation for 30 years throughout Canada, headquartered in Winnipeg and Toronto, with the Canadian Motorways group of companies.
Cal’s last years were spent on Scugog Island in the Port Perry, Ont. area and in Oshawa.
Cal leaves his immediate family, son Bob; grandson, Erik and wife, Harmony; and grea-grandson, Liam.
At Cal’s request, no service will be held.
