It is with tremendous sadness that the family of Metta Visser, of Emo, Ont., announce her passing after a lengthy battle with kidney disease.
Metta died peacefully Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002 at McKellar Hospital in Thunder Bay, Ont. with her family at her side.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2002 at 2 p.m. at the Christian Reformed Church in Emo, with Rev. Eileen Bragg officiating.
Interment will take place in Emo Cemetery in Emo at a later date.
Should family and friends so desire, in memoriam donations may be made to the Riverside Foundation Dialysis Unit, c/o La Verendrye General Hospital, 110 Victoria Ave., Fort Frances, Ont., P9A 2B7.
