DEVIN JAMES ALLISON

Devin James Allison, 17, of Nestor Falls, Ont., passed away suddenly on Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004 on Lake of the Woods.
Devin was born Feb. 10, 1987 in Fort Frances, Ont. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed playing the guitar.
He will be lovingly missed by his many friends in Canada and the U.S.A.
Devin will be sadly missed by his parents, Donna and Peter; and his sister, Nadia.
Also left to cherish his memory are his aunts and uncles, Randy and Maureen Hanson, Jim Allison, Mike Allison, and Kathleen Allison; cousins, Kiley, Steve, and Marty Hanson, and Talyssa Allison-Maves; his maternal grandparents, Chuck Hanson and Gladys Jolicoeur; and paternal grandmother, Mary-Ann Allison.
A celebration of Devin’s life will be held Friday, Aug. 13, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Bass Lake Park in Nestor Falls. Pastor Peggy Mason and Mr. Arnie Cohn will officiate, followed by interment in the Norman Cottam Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Nestor Falls.
The pallbearers will be Steve Hanson, Marty Hanson, Jamie Krukoski, Jacob Trinkner, Robin Holden, and Mike Niskala.
In lieu of flowers, in memoriam donations may be made to The Devin Allison Memorial Bursary, for a graduating student from Fort Frances High School to provide further education in the field of History at a Canadian university, c/o Mr. Peter Allison, Box 99, Nestor Falls, Ont., P0X 1K0, or to the charity of your choice.
