Ogichidaa Francis Kavanaugh, Anishinaabe Nation in Treaty#3, feels he needs a COVID haircut, but he wants to make it count. He will be shaving his COVID-19 pandemic locks, and raising money to do it. He’s hoping to raise 10,000 for charity, through a Shave for a Cause initiative.
He is challenging others to participate, too and fundraise for the shaving of their locks as a contribution to a cause.
The date for Kavanaugh’s “shave” is June 19, 2020 and will be Facebook live streamed. The time to be announced closer to the day.
