Tricia Mitchell of Environment and Climate Change Canada delivered a presentation on boundary waterways, particularly the threat of algae blooms to Lake of the Woods, at the Devlin Hall for the Rainy River District Municipal Association AGM on Saturday. Delegates also heard presentations from the Northwestern Health Unit on coming changes to public health, doctor recruitment at Riverside Health, and wildland fire protection plans.
