Mental health educator Nancy Daley-Fulton gave a presentation on choices and responsible decision making to a group of girls at the seventh-annual “I Am Awesome” self-esteem retreat at Sunny Cove Camp on Friday afternoon. The retreat ran from Thursday until Sunday and offered girls aged 11 to 16 a chance to make new friends, build self-esteem and learn about different ways to express themselves creatively. Other workshops at the retreat included yoga, creative writing and visual art.
