This tree on the 1000 block of Scott Street was among the arboreal casualties of the “Alberta Clipper” that tore through the region over the past 24 hours. Some two inches of snow, and no shortage of wind and sleet, left an icy mess in its wake. Fortunately, the forecast is calling for no more precipitation until at least Sunday.
