Irene Daley passed away peacefully January 28, 2026, on her 95th birthday at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital.
Irene is survived by her daughters Diane King, Linda Lockman, and Laurie Filbrandt; as well as her son‑in‑law Richard Devall. She leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, all of whom carry her memory forward with affection and gratitude.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Thomas; her mother Bertha Isabelle; her sisters Yvonne Walton and Laura Blow; her brother Edmond Isabelle; and her daughter Connie Devall.
A celebration of Irene’s life will be held at a later date for family and close friends.
Her family will remember her for her strength, her kindness, and the quiet ways she made life brighter for those around her.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
