Sincere sympathy to the family and many friends of Ian Booth. Ian passed September 20, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s. He will always be remembered for his kindness, fairness, empathy and the many other qualities that made him the person that many are mourning. One could see at the outpouring of his Celebration of Life that he was a man that made the world a better place.
Ian accepted his illness with grace and dignity. Forever grateful for Neila (his wife) for her dedication and commitment, Ian remained in his family home until almost his passing. Jokes and serious words were shared at his service. His many years employed at the jail, his dedication to hockey and his friends especially the Burriss boys will never be forgotten. But most importantly his family will be forever grateful that Ian gave so much, expected little in return, and made their lives so much more meaningful. Although Ian’s gone, he will never be forgotten.

Robin’s 2 Cents:
May your stuffing be tasty,
May your turkey be plump,
May your potatoes and gravy
Have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious,
And your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner
Stay off of your thighs!
