Sometimes there are just no appropriate words for me to print, and this is in the case of Beau VanDrunen and his tragic passing.
He will be forever missed by all those that knew him.
May the people grieving his passing draw comfort in knowing that the entire district and beyond is holding you up in prayers and caring thoughts. Once again I wish I had better words to share with the VanDrunen family and all those grieving this tragic loss.
Sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Keith Munroe.
Keith was a friendly, kind man. He was very proud of the renovations and bringing the Dance Hall back into being a place where Dance residents and beyond could enjoy a gathering. He will always be forever remembered for the carrot cakes that he made. Especially the two cakes that he made for walleye suppers held over the last two years. Even though his health was failing Keith rose to the task of preparing these cakes. And delicious they were.
May all those grieving always remember Keith for the generous man he was.

Robin’s 2 Cents:
A mother asked her young son, as they waited for the bus, to tell the driver he was five years old, because then he would ride the bus for free.
As they got on the bus the driver asked him how old he was.
“I am five years old,” said the little boy proudly.
The driver had a son of his own that age, and smiled.
“And when will you be six years old?” he asked.
“When I get off the bus,” answered the boy.
