Third Reese Jones (left) and lead Kurt McGuire, both in Grade 9 at Fort High, swept a rock shot by second Cole Turcotte during the fifth end of their eventual 7-4 win over the Rainy River Owls in a NorWOSSA exhibition bonspiel yesterday afternoon at the Fort Frances Curling Club. The Muskie boys’ rink, which is skipped by returning Grade 12 student Luke Esselink, finished up with a record of 4-2. The Muskie girls’ rink, skipped by Grade 10 student Karleigh Wright, wrapped up play with a 1-2-1 mark.
