Laura Chabot, left, with the Kenora-Rainy River District Child and Family Services, and local OPP Cst. Anne McCoy held up two of the many boxes of glowsticks that will be distributed to children across the district so the little witches, superheroes, princesses, and other costumed creatures will stay safe and visible while out trick-or-treating this Hallowe’en. Teachers from the Rainy River District School Board were picking up the boxes this morning at Fort High so they could bring them back to their classrooms to hand out.
