Riverside Foundation for Health Care is excited to announce that the winner of the October Riverside 50/50 electronic raffle is Susan Allison of Fort Frances, ON with the winning ticket number W-8044556. Allison takes home $10,202, with the same amount going to the Foundation. The draw was made Monday, October 31 at 11 a.m. in the Foundation Office.
Coming from a family that always supported the Riverside Foundation, purchasing 50/50 tickets was a no brainer for Allison as she has been supporting the raffle since the first draw. Although not sure what she will be doing with her winnings yet, they provide a nice little extra cushion with the upcoming holiday season.
Thanks to revenue from the April-August 2022 ticket purchases, two spacelab monitors have been purchased for Riverside Health Care Facilities. Funds from the September raffle moving forward will be put towards an additional spacelab monitor that is set up specifically for pediatrics.
Tickets for the November raffle are available now at www.riverside5050.ca or by calling the Foundation Office at 274-4803 to arrange for offline sales. Tickets are 10 for $5, 20 for $10, 100 for $20 or our best deal of 250 chances for $40. A $500 early bird draw sponsored by West End Motors and Westland Insurance will take place Wednesday, November 16 at 11 a.m. Ticket sales for the jackpot close Tuesday, November 29 at 9 p.m. with the draw taking place Wednesday, November 30 at 11 a.m.
