Birch Bark Yarns owner Simone LeBlanc is hosting a Mitt Knit-A-Long for the month of November. The four week event will give established knitters a social outlet, and beginners a fun and supportive place to learn. The pattern is a beginner-friendly mitten pattern, right. All participants are eligible to win prizes, with additional entries if they can complete additional mittens. The event is free to join, and will take place entirely over a private Facebook page. At left, are some of the suggested supplies for the project.
