Happy Halloween

Kids and families in Fort Frances had a handful of ways to celebrate Halloween this year. Some went with special socially distanced trick or treating using pre-set tables or chutes, and others like Weechi-it-te-win Family Services had grab and go treat bags on offer from their First Street East location. The Ladies Legion Auxiliary held their first Drive Thru Halloween event that sent families all over town to participating locations like Flinders Place, Rose Manor and Rainycrest to get a treat bag and give those who live there a chance to see costumes and decorated cars throughout the evening. Even in the year of COVID Halloween, uh, finds a way.
