Despite some cold, windy weather, Emo’s Trunk or Treat was deemed a success by Alicia Leany, the event organizer. More than 200 children and parents visited the presenters at the arena parking lot over two hours on October 31.
Laurie Brown and her Alice in Wonderland helpers, presented a very creative version of the book. Complete with two rabbits, the crew presented a picturesque presentation of the famous tea party. Visitors spent time visiting the rabbits before receiving their candy down the rabbit hole (a section of pipe).
All the presenters were also well received by everyone who attended. Although this was Emo’s first Trunk or Treat is was definitely well worth attending and an event that should be even bigger and better in the future.
