Gathering for women scheduled on Saturday

“Day of Joy,” a gathering for women featuring special guest speaker Ellen Pukalo, is coming up this Saturday (May 12) from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Christian Reformed Church in Emo.
An inspirational speaker from Beausejour, Man., Ellen is a city girl married to a farmer. Ellen is a stay-at-home mom who home schools their youngest child (who is 10).
Ellen’s focus is on meeting and knowing Jesus through work and play, good times and bad, as well as the ordinary and extraordinary. She likes to read and sew but believes God really speaks to her through gardening.
Ellen says she is Mrs. Average who wants to encourage all those other Mrs. Averages.
