The annual Emo Holly Daze are cancelled for 2020. As we all know precautions are being taken in every social gathering, and Holly Daze is no exception.
Here’s hoping 2021 will be even bigger and better than previous years, though that’s pretty hard to beat. Hats off to all the volunteers who make this event possible every year (except this one.)
The snowplow waiver for the 2020-2021 season has been posted on the Township of LaVallee website. The waiver can be signed and either faxed, emailed or dropped off at the office. Please note that a new waiver has to be signed every year. The snowplow rate for this year is $30/trip (based on 15 minutes) Anything longer than 15 minutes will be based on an hourly rate.

She endured hardships, observed thousands of inventions, kept friendships and family vital and nourishing in her life. She will be greatly missed. Our community is thinking and sending prayers to the many people that hold special memories of Cis.
Also sincere sympathy to the family and friend of Barb Raine. She will be remembered for her joyful spirit and driving her golf cart around Lake Despair Lodge as she worked her day away… always with a smile and hello.
Also sincere a to the family and friends of Gertie Bujold. She worked hard, raised a large family, gave an abundance to St. Mary’s church and touched the lives of many. She always had a smile and a prayer for anyone needing it, (even if we didn’t know we needed it.)
Happy 70th birthday to Terry Beadle. Terry turned 70 November 16.
