The RRWT Pontoon Raffle hosted by the West Rainy River District Lions Club and Nestor Falls Marine came to a close Saturday evening, September 19, 2020 at the Rainy River Legion. Lion’s member Telford Advent oversaw the drawing of the tickets.

The event was hosted live on Facebook in concert with a Walleye Supper, meat draw, and 50/50 hosted by the Rainy River Legion.
Telford Advent thanked everyone who helped organize this year’s raffle. Businesses and individuals across the District donated their time and staff distributing, advertising and selling the raffle tickets. It was hugely successful with all 4000 tickets sold. That makes us all winners as all the profits from Lions Lotteries are plowed back into our communities supporting everything from Vision Care to playgrounds, Active Seniors Support, scholarships, Recreation Programs Emergency & Disaster Relief Funds…. the list goes on.
