Evidence lacking

Dear editor:
Have you been watching CNN and all the wrong decisions made during and after Hurricane Katrina last year?
The governments on both sides of the border don’t seem to have a problem collecting donations, but always seem to neglect to come up and keep promises.
They did say they were going to reunite families and put their lives back on track.
Why don’t these organizations and government agencies show some work has been done in that part of the U.S.? Collecting money for causes and then failing to use the funds for that cause is fraud.
Just a suggestion: I think these organizations that collect these funds should return cheques to donors or produce pictures to show the work done.
Otherwise, the next hurricane will not get too much funding.
