Dear sir:
In the Thunder Bay Chronicle Journal, there is a “flag watch” column stating the shape and conditions that our national flag is in there.
They should come to Fort Frances, where you see some flags that are torn, ragged, and faded hanging from some of our storefronts.
We’re trying to impress our visitors. The bass tournament banners look impressive, and the recently-installed baskets of flowers on the way into town also are beautiful.
Let’s replace some of the old flags. Be proud that you are Canadian.
