Drills have been underway at Point Park for the 807 Selects Volleyball Club. Coach Terry McMahon has long range plans for the volleyball club, as a way to develop local talent to compete on a larger level.

Staff at the United Native Friendship Centre's Circle of Life building on Mowat Ave. were hard at work putting together roughly 250 take out-ready bags of fresh groceries and produce for those who wanted them on Thursday morning.
When parks staff found themselves unable to keep up with the work of maintaining cemeteries, the Town hired a small student crew, which is dedicated to the facilities. Mayor caul has been pleased with the results, and thanks families and other citizens who have pitched in to beautify the town.
