Winter fun

Spring officially arrives next week but there’s still plenty of opportunities for winter fun here. Katherine Payne, at left, enjoyed an afternoon of skating at the east-end rink yesterday along with the rest of the youngsters from the St. Michael’s School day care. Meanwhile, above, students at J.W. Walker School had many laughs while competing in a sled race as part of their winter carnival activities last Friday before March Break began.
