Joshua Ward of the Times Tigers raced in on goal Saturday night during his team’s 7-2 win over the Calder Legal Eagles in the FFMHA’s Novice ‘A’ tournament. The Tigers fell 3-2 to Fort Frances Taggs in the tightly-contested ‘B’ final Sunday morning. The Thunder Bay Elks Blue Water Energy Flames captured the ‘A’ title while Westfort Novice Maroons from the Lakehead took home the ‘C’ crown.
