Joelle McKinnon, five, crawled out from one of the forts made with boxes and sheets yesterday during a “play date” at Robert Moore School. Presented by the Northwestern Health Unit’s North Words program and the Rainy River District School Board, the event was open to everyone, with activities targeted to children aged seven years and under. Activities included obstacles courses, skipping, blocks, bubbles, a parachute, and more. Dinner also was provided.
