Consolation battle

Warroad’s Hannah Christian skated into the offensive zone as Madison Botsford of M&M’s Skates & Blades battled for the puck yesterday afternoon during Warroad’s 6-2 win in the Bantam consolation final of the FFGWHA’s Bantam and Midget tournament here this weekend. Energy Fitness Wild prevailed in their home tournament by winning the Bantam final with a 3-2 win over the Dryden PetroPass Warriors while the Thunder Bay Maroons nipped the Dryden Bruins 2-1 to capture the Midget crown.
