First arrival

Alyssa and Tyrell Griffith of Sioux Narrows welcomed their newborn daughter, Kayenna Lynn Griffith, who was the first baby of 2013 in Rainy River District. She was born last Wednesday (Jan. 2) at 4:22 p.m., weighing in at eight pounds, 15 oz. The family received gifts and gift baskets courtesy of Canada Safeway, Fort Floral, Pharmasave, and Shoppers Drug Mart.
