Are youth addiction services needed in Rainy River District?

Why are youth addiction services not provided by local service providers. In Dryden, I believe Dryden Regional Mental Health and Addiction services provides counselling and assessment for youth aged 12 years and over. Why are the same services not available in Fort Frances?

I also recall in 1992 or so an agency called Addiction Councelling and Addition Services which was opertated locally and provided prevention and councelling services to school aged children up to early adult years. The program closure seemed to go unnotice by the community and other local service providers. 15 years later we now have a huge addiction problem, go figure
