Local MPP Sarah Campbell is inviting members of the public to join her for a celebration of the season in various locations across Northwestern Ontario this month.
“As your [MPP], I am your voice in Queen’s Park,” noted Campbell. “In order to best represent you, I have to hear from you directly.

“The open houses I will be hosting across the riding will serve as the perfect opportunity to give me your feedback or to just say ‘hi’ and have some treats—no politics necessary!”
While Campbell makes it a point to attend as many public events each week as possible so she can hear from people across the riding, she said the open houses provide her with an additional opportunity to speak with the public while celebrating the season.
Festive beverages and treats will be served at each event.
Members of the public are encouraged to bring a donation of a non-perishable food item or a toy for Campbell’s “Support Our Local Economy” food drive, which continues until Dec. 13.
Open houses in the district are slated for Wednesday, Dec. 12 from 5-8 p.m. at the Super 8 Motel in Fort Frances and Thursday, Dec. 13 from 5-8 p.m. at the Legion in Rainy River.
