Carole Mackintosh got ready to enjoy an authentic East Indian meal Saturday evening at St. John’s Anglican Church here. The annual supper, featuring beef curry, navratan korma, dal makhani, chole, and much more, was held in conjunction with the festival of “Diwali”—the Indian equivalent to Christmas.
