Trio busted

A trio of Fort Frances area residents were busted for drugs last week near Kenora.
Kenora OPP conducted a vehicle stop on Highway 17, west of Kenora, on Nov. 13.

An investigation led police to arrest the occupants, as well as search them and the vehicle.
Police located more than a pound of marijuana and 14 Oxycocete pills in the vehicle.
The street value of the drugs was estimated to be nearly $10,000.
Joel Inkster, 23, Dawn Jourdain, 29, and Allan Mutz, 21, all of the Fort Frances area, have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking marijuana and possession of Oxycocete.
They were released to attend court Dec. 20.
